How do I obtain a quotation ?
It is easy to obtain a fixed priced quotation to repair, valet or detail your vehicle. We are happy to accept good clear images of issues with vehicle bodywork, or alternatively our preferred option is for you to send us a short video of your vehicle damge, slowly panning around the damage so we can see exactly what needs to be repaired.
Once we have your images or video, we asses them on large 70″ screens and then provide you with a fixed priced quotation to repair, valet or detail your vehicle.
How are the repairs carried out?
We are mobile car body shop that comes to your location and repairs your vehicle. Damaged areas are cleaned and repaired, with major dents reduced as much as possible with scratches repaired and resurfaced to retain a smooth substrate.
The area once smoothed and restored to its original contours, is then primed and colour-matched, before top-coating with a fast-drying clear coat lacquer that is dust dry in 20 minutes. The finish is identical to the factory finish and may be treated in exactly the same way once fully cured.
How much does it cost?
Vehicle damge is unique, the cost to repair your vehicle will depend on a few factors, such as your location, severity of damage, the time it will take to complete your service repair, proximity of damage on the vehicle, colour of the vehicle and the expertise required to repair your vehicle.
Typically, we are able to carry out a service repair for less than a body shop, whilst enjoying the benefits of same day repair completion, where you dont have to do a thing, other than sitting back and waiting for your appointment date with one our friendly mobile service team.
Do you do insurance work?
YES – we are mobile car body shop that comes to your location and repairs your vehicle.
This means your insurance company do not have to pay an extortionate repair bill and your vehicle is repaired on a same day repair basis, meaning less downtime for you and a quicker turnaround on an insurance claim.
How do you match the colour?
Repairs should be unnoticeable to anyone oblivious to the original damage and whilst we aim for the highest level of quality, clients should always remember that we provide a secondary repair, which is why we aim to be 95%+ of an original factory finish.
A trained eye can pick out an expensive car body shop repair if closely inspected.
We aim for a high quality repair but at a fraction of the price.
Will I be able to see the difference?

Guarantee?
We offer a 12 month guarantee on any new paint application of all our work (aside from rust damage or paint touch in repairs). If at any time a claim is made on the guarantee we will come out to you to redo the repair or to offer a refund.
If for whatever reason you decide to take the car to a third party to rectify a repair we will not be liable to any cost above the invoiced amount. In order to make a claim, the transaction receipt number will be required.
Our guarantee is not transferable (this includes sale of the car).
How long does it take to dry?
In most instances the repainted area will be dust dry in 20 minutes after any new paint application. Within 20 minutes to an hour after application of the top coat, the finish will be sufficiently hard to allow the vehicle technician to machine polish and complete the repair process.
You may wash the car 7 days after the repair is completed and we recommended that no sealing waxes or polishes are used on any new application for a further one month after that time.
Where do I take the car?
The car body shop comes to you! Our mobile team will come to your home or work location throughout London and Essex and repair your vehicle.
All we need on the day, is good ample space to be sited in close proximity of the damaged vehicle and access to an electrical power supply.
